Continuing Education

Genworth Mortgage Insurance offers several training classes specifically for licensed mortgage professionals that qualify for Continuing Education credit. Those courses include:

• Introduction to Appraisal Underwriting

• Analysis of the Self Employed Borrower

• Mortgage Loan Essentials

S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008
